10 2002 Congratulations to Regio Parque Industrial, which has recently leased its 134,000 sqft spec building to Grupo Herdez. A leading producer of food and beverage products in Mexico, Grupo Herdez, will utilize this facility as distribution center. |

17 2002 Final work is being done to the interiors of Comercial de Herramientas offices in preparation for their inauguration to be held March 1st. COHESA is a leading tool distributor in Mexico is set to move its operations to this facility at this date. |

24 2002 CINL was awarded a contract to design, build and lease Yellow Transportation, Inc's. new terminal in Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas. Yellow Transportation is a world leader in transportation services. Construction of these facilities has already begun. |
