April 5 1999 CINL will start construction on a new 42,000 Square Foot facility in Monterrey. Construction is scheduled to begin the first week of June and should be available for lease or sale in early August 1999. |

April 12 1999 The second version of CINL's Interactive Brochure on CD-ROM should be finished by the third week of May. This version has been revised to include projects for the years 1997 through 1999 and, also, now has a new more user friendly interface. |
