May 4 1999 Enlargement of the existing office facilities at Comercial de Herramientas building in Monterrey were completed. It included A/C, carpeting, acoustic ceiling, 100 foot-candle illumination and sound insulation. |

May 11 1999 Ruiz Cortinez: 55.000 sq. ft. of manufacturing and office space was completed this week. This building is located in the industrial hart of the Monterrey metropolitan area. |

May 25 1999 A 50,000 sq. ft. expansion at Seymour' Reynosa building has reached an 85% advance stage. This project is scheduled to be finished and delivered by the last week of June. The expansion corresponds to dark green part of the building on the aerial photograph. |
