August 4 1999 CINL began construction of a 5,200 Sq. Mt. Industrial Building at Regio Parque Industrial. Regio Parque Industrial is located 5 minutes away from Monterrey's International Airport. |

August 11 1999 The construction of a commercial building was awarded to CINL. The two story building with underground parking will be built in downtown Morelia, Michoacan and will house Super Ferreteria La Michoacana's new hardware store. |

August 18 1999 Materiales Sistos y Ruiz of Morelia Michoacan have hired CINL to build its new hardware store in Morelia, Michoacan. This building will take take advantage of CINL's Modular Construction technology and will be built in three 25,000 Sq. Ft. phases. |

August 25 1999 A 65% construction progress at our 50,000 Sq. Ft. Spec Building at Star Industrial Park . Construction should be completed by October 1999 and ready for lessee occupancy. 25,000 Sq. Ft. remain available for lease, the other half of the building has already been leased. |
