50,000 Sq. Ft. Building at Regio Parque Industrial, Monterrey

Regio Parque Industrial (Banregio) has awarded CINL with the construction of the first building at their new industrial park. This 5,200 Square meter building is the first of many buildings we at CINL expect to build for Regio Parque Industrial.
       
Construction Work at Ramirez Spec Building
July 13 1999
Footings and foundation work at CINL's Ramirez Spec Building. This 50,000 Square Foot Maquila Facility will be available for leasing when it is completed in October 1999. Ramirez Industrial Park is located 5 miles south of the Los Indios / Free Trade international bridge.
       
Monterrey Spec Building at Star Industrial Park

Anchorlok de Mexico has leased 25,000 Sq. Ft. or half of our Spec Building at Star Industrial Park. Anchorlok will be moving in to the building as soon as construction is completed in October 1999. 25,000 Sq. Ft. remain available for lease.
       
Lucent Technologies Recycling Building in Matamoros

July 27 1999
Construction progress has reached a 90% at Lucent Technologies recycling building at Lucent's Matamoros Plant. Remodeling work also being done at this facility has reached an 85% completion. Both are slated to be completed by late August 1999.
