October 5 2001 CINL delivered to Mervis Industries the Ramirez Spec Building. Mervis Industries, a company dedicated "to the total recycling of many industry by-products", has leased CINL's Ramirez spec building in Ramirez Tamaulipas. |

October 12 2001 CINL began work on the erection of the steel frame for an industrial furnace enclosure at the CATERPILLAR facility in Reynosa Tamaulipas. |
||||

October 19 2001 CINL was awarded by CATERPILLAR with the construction of the enclosure for its exterior overhead crane runway at their Reynosa facility. The new enclosure will house CATERPILLAR's expanding line of heavy machinery manufacturing at this site. |

October 26 2001 Work began on retrofitting Caterpillars existing exterior overhead crane runway, in preparation to enclose and roof the entire length of the crane runway thus joining Caterpillar's main production area with the paint facility and creating single indoor production area. |
